Windy Drive

Last time, I was driving around downtown Bacolod when I saw a car that was stripped down to its metal. As in it was gray because it was buffed and ready to be repainted. But the owner still used it to go about. He probably could not wait until it is finished.

But that is not the worst part. The car did not have a windshield! Aside from waiting for its repainting job, the car was also waiting for its windshield replacement! LOL

I wonder how could one endure driving around without a windshield and in a dirty place like ours? There would be so much debris hitting your face and the worse is, they could get into your eyes! Tsk. Tsk.

Wow I am pretty sure that they had one windy drive!

Ceres Going International

Ceres Liner is a local bus company based in Bacolod City. They are plying the Visayas area but several years ago, they also conquered Mindanao. They are a really big company.

So much so that when I saw on Facebook that their digital route sign says "Mongolia", I was like, "What? They now have tours in Mongolia?"

It was not until I read the caption that I realized my mistake. You see last time, we had a football match here at the Panaad Park for the Azkals (Philippine Team) and the Mongolia team. That bus was for Team Mongolia! LOL

Gee. If we had a Ceres bus from Bacolod to Mongolia, how much would that be? Would that be like a cheap car lease? LOL Will it ride the RORO too? Weeeeee Crazy thought.

Something that I would Like To Do

There is something that I would like to do if I have the money. I would like our room remodeled and extended by Chicago remodeling. Or better yet, why not buy our own house and have a bigger bedroom and two extra bedrooms for the kids, right?

For now, the three of us are sleeping in one bedroom. I am asking my wife what will happen if we have a second baby? Who stays where? What shall we do? I think I am getting crazy just trying to think of the possibilities. We have an extra room in the house but that is untouchable. It is being preserved like in a museum. It shall never be used nor touched.

Anyway, well for now, I guess we can't do anything but wait. What shall I do with our growing family?

Private Sanctuary

I sometimes think that it would be nice to have my own haven, my own private sanctuary, like having apartments odessa - luxury-appartment.com.

No, I will not have monkey business or hocus pocus there. But I have needs to get into his "nothing mode" every day to keep his sanity. While my wife also tries to respect when I don't seem to be answering her queries, of course we could not control our daughter. She is our only child and we stay in the same bedroom--the place where we rest, sleep, watch TV, and play with our kiddo.

Don't get me wrong. I love my wife and kids. But somehow, there are times when I just want peace and quiet or just to sleep all day and I could not do that when they are around. That is because when I am in the room, I also would like to make the most of my time with them. After all I work throughout the day and see them only at lunchtime.

Ahhh..anyway, I guess peace and quiet are not really possible when the kids are very young. So well, I am just having wishful thinking.

Team Azkals

Filipinos are now crazy over football because of the Team Azkals. Fans are swooning over them everywhere they go.

Last time, when they were here in Bacolod City for an AFC game, man! A lot of photos in my friends' Facebook page featured anything about the Azkals--game, players, passes, after-party, etc. etc. Anywhere and everywhere the Azkals went, the fans were there and there were photos.

I cannot blame this newfound craze in football. After all, we have such good players.

But the Indonesians are a different breed. They are so into football and soccer and they have professional teams for them. They even have their own Berita Bola to deliver soccer news in Indonesia. Yep! Because that is how much they love the sport and frankly, with such dedication, I am not surprised that the Indonesians are a tough team to beat!

A Dream Farm

I do like the outdoors, but I am more of a modernization kind of person. It is my wife who likes the farm and living in one. Or at least having a home in one.

She likes plants and animals but I am not really sure if she can handle taking care of them like feeding, cleaning, and tilling the soil. But she sure does have a green thumb and she can plant almost anything and it will live.

Well maybe someday, we can have her dream farm and then we can live in bliss there. We just have to have a a farm insurance like that of State Farm Insurance Seattle for the security of what we have put up.

Remembering Singapore

I have been to Singapore once but I stayed there an entire week because attended a church conference there.

I really like Singapore because it is safe, small, and just very easy and convenient to go around. And gadgets abound there! Yep, their gadgets are all up to date and they have the newest stuff at the cheapest possible price.

Well, all I needed was money.

I also got to see some Singapore Baby Shops and find lots of good things for my baby. But well, since I did not have a budget for shopping, I was just glad that a good friend of mine and Dindin's godfather got her a drum set. I really carried the big box of drums all the way home. But I am happy to do that for my beloved only daughter.

I just wish I can go back there for a real vacation and bring my family along with me. There is so much to visit and so much to try in Singapore so we hope to go back there and be able to just enjoy.
